THE MAKE up sessions & The Make More Music PROJECT

The Make is a popular San Francisco based Indie Rock Band that shared the stage with Recording Artists The Outfield, The Romantics, Ronnie Montrose and Eric Martin in the 1980's and 90's. The Make previously released two EPs on cassette format titled "Jones St." and “Ruff". Fast Forward to 2020, and The Make (Billy Warren, Dan Gazzano, Gene Orphanopoulos, and Producer Jimmy Goings) reunited to remix and remaster both EP's and additional singles that had never been released. The Make have now combined the two EP's as a 12-song album titled “The Make Up Sessions” and released it to a worldwide audience on all streaming platforms and YouTube. The Quest For Placements: Since the release of The Make Up Sessions album on 11/21/22, the band has worked diligently to get their songs placed into Films, TV shows, Ads and Video Games. In 2024, their song “ Try A Little Harder ” was successfully placed in the soon-to-be-released Martin Scorsese produced film PET SHOP DAYS, and in 2025 their song “ Move On” was placed into the TV show S.W.A.T. Season 8 episode 20 titled “Devil Dog” (heard during the bar scene).
